I believe that doing art with Polina was the best art classes I have ever done! I have never been more interested! They way she teaches is amazing - it's also good that she does the art along with you, and I was very relieved about the fact that it was one-on-one lessons. after our first lesson I thought 'What a good idea to introduce all the art materials and paints before hand' It is a very good idea. I have now been inspired to look at artwork on the internet and find a particular style that I enjoyed. I have recently been very interested in Ida Rentoul Outhwaite, though her style is very complex I wish to learn it some day; but I am sticking with the simpler but still sweet stuff for now (^v^)b. Unfortunately I had to stop going to her classes within a few weeks (perhaps six) but

Throughout the 7 lessons I had with Polina, it was enjoyable and fruitful; I've learnt so much way beyond what I've expected. She started out with the very fundamental knowledge and aspect of arts, which is a great help because I struggled in where to start while drawing something, not anymore.
She gives her very best to make sure that we(my friend and I) understand the lesson, provides professional advises and gives good illustrations. Each art work we do are guided and helped through, which makes us more confident in completing the work, as she will tell you that it's ok to make mistakes, it's the process of learning. We were also encouraged to explore different types of medium and styles and apply them to our work.
And now I ain't afraid no more in producing my own drawing. So thank you Polina, you're AMAZING~~~

Polina is absolutely great when it comes to teaching! She thoroughly helped and guided me throughout each lesson. I chose to draw a particularly difficult portrait for my school project, but Polina taught and helped me so well, that the portrait was a great success! She is very kind and understanding, and she never made me feel one bit uncomfortable when I made a mistake! I always learnt something new and looked forward to each lesson. Polina Kniazeva is a very creative teacher, her art lessons are very attractive and fun. Polina is also a very nice teacher, we can always use different media to create interesting artworks and we discuss a lot during the lessons. Polina is a great teacher who helped me to discover my own creativity and who encouraged me to experiment without fear of failure. One of the main things she taught me was "draw, draw, draw and don't be afraid". She explained things to me very clearly, often showing me examples which made it easier to understand different drawing techniques. Polina was always full of encouragement, pointing out in what ways I was improving and this really helped to boost my confidence. It is a real shame that we couldn't have had more lessons together, but those that we had helped me to understand that anyone can learn to draw if they try.

Polina:) some of my words about Polina! Our acquaintance started with a miracle. I was looking a long time for an art studio or a teacher. I was asking friends in case if they can give me an advice where I can find such a place. And some beautiful day, totally unexpected, I receive a message, she (Polina) found me:)))
What about me - I don't have any art background at all, even when I was a child I wasn't very much interested in art. Now suddenly I wanted to learn.
I came to our first lesson, where Polina showed me different art supplies which we were going to use and said:
"now surely we are going to make our first drawing". I was shocked, but the drawing happened: ) and there followed a continuation and a strong desire to draw. My gratitude to Polina! For her support and for helping me to start expressing myself, for new discoveries, for all the information and for the lessons!
But of course you have to have your own longing to learn and to work! No one can enclose their talent into your head and hands, but anyone of you has a chance to unfold your own.
